Our Dining RoomPit-master/Chef Steven Cassidy and his partners have assembled a team at Woodchuck’s BBQ that has over sixty years of culinary experience ranging from BBQ to fine dining, banquets, full service catering & everything in between. Steve’s specialty has always been related to BBQ and he has worked with so many great local chef’s over the years that have influenced his cuisine and added to his evolution as a pit-master/chef.

Steven believes the customer wants to be WOWED during their dining experience and our team is ready to do just that. Woodchucks BBQ customers will definitely taste the passion that goes into every dish.
